Experienced Associate – Frankfurt/Munich – Generalist Lazard is seeking to recruit an experienced Associate to join the team in Frankfurt or Munich to work as part of client teams which provide a wide range of services, including: general financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, special committee assignments, takeover defenses, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships/joint ventures, advice on capital structure, and underwritings. Lazard offers an unparalleled opportunity to work as part of small deal teams on strategic and other assignments, providing meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives. The Associate serves as a key member of the deal team, working directly with Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents and Analysts on engagements. The Associate will be given significant responsibility and will gain in-depth transaction experience, client exposure, negotiation skills, and an understanding of transaction structures.
