A Senior Finance Attorney

* Advise clients on complex financial transactions and provide expert guidance on securities law, contract law, and insolvency law.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team to work on transaction-related matters with an international dimension.
* Assist in guiding and training junior lawyers within the team and contribute to the development of knowledge sharing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Draw up and negotiate agreements in various credit sectors.
2. Advises domestic and international banks and financial institutions on leveraged, acquisition, real estate, fund, and asset finance as well as enforcement processes and securitisation operations.
3. Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients to discuss their projects and follow-up on client requests.

Requirements:
* Possess a strong academic record in financial law (Master's degree), preferably completed by an LLM degree from the UK or the US.
* Hold a proven experience of at least 2 years in a major law firm or industry, ideally based in Luxembourg or abroad.
* Demonstrate a perfect command of English, both spoken and written. Fluency in at least one other language such as French, German, and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset.
* Show autonomy, flexibility, and ability to share knowledge with team members.
* Demonstrate rigour and perseverance.
* Display proactivity, dynamism, and excellent communication skills.
