Your Role
As part of our Cloud and M365 team, you will:
* Solve technical challenges in cloud services and infrastructure
* Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, OneDrive, and AzureAD
* Set up and configure IONOS cloud data centers and network infrastructure to meet client needs
* Ensure reliable cloud backups, manage storage systems, and establish VPN connections
* Advise clients on licensing, billing models, cloud migration strategies, and the implementation of M365 and IONOS environments
What You Bring
* Solid IT expertise from vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar fields
* Practical experience with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, server-client infrastructures, and access management
* Knowledge of backup strategies and maintenance practices, with strong organizational skills
* Experience in designing, expanding, and supporting corporate networks
* A customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a solution-focused approach
* A valid driver’s license (minimum class B/3)
