As Sales Manager System Gastronomy, you will take ownership of driving growth in a highly competitive market. Your mission: win new customers, expand our footprint, and position NovaTaste as a leading partner for system gastronomy chains. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with Technical Support and Product Development to deliver tailored solutions that set us apart.
Rapidly grow market share in system gastronomy (Germany)
Represent NovaTaste at trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology or similar
~5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in system gastronomy or food service
~ Strong affinity for food and a high interest in culinary trends
~ Data-driven decision-making approach
~ Excellent German and English skills
~ Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
