The Data Science team is working on the digital transformation of processes, data products, and customer-specific solutions in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Reporting/Visualisation, and building a Data Lake and Analytics Platform.
Your tasks
* Develop and implement cutting-edge data science and analytics solutions using Python to drive business growth and innovation.
* Drive the development and maintenance of our data warehouse and analytics platform, focusing on standardization and automation.
* Design and implement software solutions for analyzing structured and unstructured data from surveys, customer data warehouses, and other sources.
* Apply a wide range of algorithms and techniques to extract insights from data.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide guidance on process optimization, data integration, and analysis.
Your profile
* 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Data Analytics, with proficiency in tools like Tableau or PowerBI, and curiosity about new technologies.
* Strong knowledge of Python and relevant libraries (pandas, numpy, sklearn), with experience in ETL/ELT processes, data protocols, and formats. Experience with databases/SQL, Linux, and agile teams is a plus.
* Quantitative degree (M.Sc.) in STEM, Social Science, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Team-oriented, proactive, meticulous, and structured in work style.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
