What you’ll do & Who you are As a Working Student, Analytics (d/f/m), you’ll play a key role in supporting our day-to-day analytics operations - helping to ensure reliable reporting, accurate tracking, well-maintained documentation, and insightful ad-hoc analyses that empower teams across Kleinanzeigen to make smarter decisions. This is a part-time role (20h/week) for students who are enrolled at a German university and are available for at least one year. The role is hybrid, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. What You’ll Do: Operational Reporting: Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring recurring reports and dashboards to support business teams. Tracking Validation: Help verify the accuracy of event tracking and data pipelines, working closely with analysts and developers. Knowledge & Documentation: Help build and maintain our central repository for analytics resources, including documentation for datasets, ETL processes, and metric definitions. Organize and standardize existing knowledge to ensure easy access. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Run SQL queries and assist with data deep-dives to answer business questions and support decision-making. Data Literacy Support: Assist in developing and organizing training materials and resources to improve data understanding across the organization. Support Analytics Operations: Help improve internal processes for better efficiency and data consistency. Who You Are: Currently enrolled in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science). Strong interest in data, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Basic SQL knowledge; able to write simple queries and eager to learn more. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if you’ve worked with dashboards or BI tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation. Proactive, hands-on, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
