What you'll do
* Define and lead the roadmap for your process stream from business side - focusing on data flows and related processes within salesforce but also cross-system (SAP, Customer Platform)
* Drive the design and optimization of data provisioning for customer-facing processes, ensuring a seamless and consistent User Experience (UX)
* Consult and challenge fellow GPOs from other process streams (Sales, Marketing, CPQ) to ensure cohesive and efficient processes
* Work closely with cross-functional teams of Business and IT colleagues to deliver impactful product features and steering mechanisms through major and continuous release cycles
* Leverage your expertise in user-centric process design, data handling, automations, and analytics to translate market requirements and innovative ideas into actionable product features
