Own the Automatic Milking Systems product portfolio within the Farm Technologies Division, including full lifecycle management from concept to phase-out Lead and develop a global team of product managers and specialists in a matrix organization; foster accountability and empowerment Set targets, track performance, and report on product sales and growth Manage pricing strategy and product margins to achieve financial objectives Drive profitability and customer satisfaction through strategic product management Define product specifications and roadmap; create compelling value propositions and sales narratives Implement innovative concepts and business models to strengthen market position Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence; monitor and steer market share development University degree in agriculture, economics, marketing, or equivalent professional experience Proven leadership experience in managing global teams and working within matrix organizations Strong background in change management and navigating fast-paced environments Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills; proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to take initiative and deliver results beyond the standard scope Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to dynamic business needs Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
