Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome every customer with a pleasant smile and courteous attitude.
* Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right counter or executive.
* Maintain the customer waiting area in a professional and organized manner.
* Record walk-in details and share daily customer footfall reports.
* Support customers with product or service information when required.
* Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer flow.
* Handle basic customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
* Maintain showroom ambiance and follow grooming standards as per company policy.
* Assist during promotional or festive events to manage customer experience.
