As part of our Global Risk & Compliance team, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Fresenius Kabi compliance management system in our Business Unit MedTech. Your Key Responsibilities Effective implementation and continuous improvement of Fresenius Kabi's Compliance Management System Training and daily advice of the MedTech Management and functionally leading the team of Local Compliance Officers Act as first point of contact for compliance; foster and encourage a culture of integrity and open speak-up culture Support internal compliance investigations and internal audits Member of Global Compliance Leadership Team: Participate in regular meetings to further develop the Compliance Management System and Compliance Program Support and where assigned lead global initiatives to further develop the compliance management system as well as the Business Unit’s risk management, internal controls and compliance processes Your Profile University degree in Law or Management Minimum of 7 years of operational experience in a compliance, legal or administrative function in a comparable industry environment, consultancy or law firm Profound understanding in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-fraud, antitrust and anti-money laundering plus experience in the field of risk management, internal controls compliance investigations Experience in the field of data protection and/or custom & trade compliance is an advantage Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds Ability to interact with management on eye level, strong managerial skills and ability to motivate cross-cultural teams High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and discretion; strong sense of service and initiative; solution-oriented Proficient in MS Office tools Fluent in English and German Willingness to travel internationally as needed Why join us?
