Drive growth within our Business Process Services portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
 * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
 * Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
 * Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
 * Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
 * Collaborate with delivery teams, solution architects, and industry experts to create tailored proposals addressing client needs.
 * Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.
 * Work closely with internal teams for a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
 * Proven experience in BPS sales or a related field with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
 * Deep understanding of business process services, outsourcing models, and digital transformation.
 * Experience working with large enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
 * Strong ability to articulate business value, ROI, and competitive differentiators.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
 * Fluency in German and English.
