TheSenior Sales Representative EAST- Germany(f/m/d) for BeckmanCoulter Diagnostics is responsible for establishing and buildingrelationships with both external customers and internal customers.You will be responsible for achieving, or exceeding, assigned salesnumbers by drivingrevenue.
Thisposition is part of the Sales Department located in Germany andwill be a Field-Based Role (Region Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern,Sachsen-Anhalt,Brandenburg).

The Senior SalesRepresentative (f/m/d) is responsible for growth andexpansion of direct sales and profit margins within assignedaccounts and/or territory/region on product. S/he establishesprofessional relationships with key personnel in customer focusedon maintaining and growing the relationship to customers overtime,staying tuned foropportunities.
Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto:
* Set,lead and execute the agreed sales strategy to achieve market sharegain within the territory. Be the primary contact for customers andengage with them to ensure business opportunities are maximized –both competitor and retentionaccounts.
* Actively maintaincompetitive business and existing base through account managementand promotion of products, working with key internal and externalcustomers
* Arrange andexecute external and internal meetings including presenting andsupporting both company and customer needs using DBStools.
* Present action plansat regular intervals to the management team and seek opportunitiesto convert competitorbusiness
* Ability to “wow”the customer. Being knowledgeable about your job, havingpride in yourself and your abilities, and giving the customer yourbest to create loyalty and stand out among therest.
* Establishrelationships and develop partnerships with the different publicand private sectors, predominately focusing on stakeholdersincluding decision makers, KOL’s and C-Suite level to maximize ourvalue proposition
* Ensure thesales process is always on track and in line with the Company'srequirements at sales stage and manage an accuratefunnel.
Theessential requirements of the jobinclude:
* BScor equivalent qualification in a scientific subject or significantexperience in a similar role and understands the diagnostics marketwithin the laboratory and hospitalenvironment
* Experience indirect selling in a comparable field or complex medical environmentwith a forward-thinking mindset and excellent attention todetail.
* Outstanding planningand organization skills with evidence of creation and execution ofsuccessful strategic account plans within diagnostics or medicalsector.
* A consistentsuccessful record in sales and solution selling, preferably in themedical device, healthcare or life scienceindustry
* Driving License andFluent inEnglish
Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:
* Experiencein tender management with multiple examples of successfullyleading/ project-managing a complex tender response with theability to work independently and part of ateam
* Good knowledge andunderstanding of business management systems, including excel,word, PowerPoint and proficient inSalesforce.
