You enable transparency, reliability, and trustu2014both for our customers and our internal teams. This is a longu2011term role where you can deepen your pricing expertise, grow your business understanding, and make a visible impact in a global organization. What Youu2019ll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for Account Managers on pricing questions, ensuring fast and reliable support. Support Customer Care by resolving pricing issues on sales orders, helping orders flow smoothly to our customers. Coordinate with internal teams to handle customer price claims and corrective invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain and improve pricing data in our ERP and commercial systems to support high data quality. Contribute to pricing initiatives and projects such as annual price adjustments, tariff updates, and system releases What We're Looking For A few years of relevant experience in pricing, sales operations, controlling, or a similar analytical/commercial role. Great analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced formulas). Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar tools. A commercial mindset with the ability to balance data accuracy and customer needs. Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate clearly and confidently with multiple stakeholders.
