Medical Science LiaisonThe Medical Science Liaison is responsible for driving country medical activities in alignment with regional initiatives and the Global Medical Plan. This person will proactively manage medical scientific stakeholders and create value for patients through medical and scientific stakeholder engagement, medical scientific projects, and scientific communications.This role reports to the Associate Director Medical Science Liaison.Key responsibilities :Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts, and other medical scientific stakeholders.Compile, analyze, prepare, and deliver high-quality medical, pharmaceutical, and scientific communications in line with defined communication plans.Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans according to Sobis high standards.Support country and global brand teams in developing local medical tactics and provide input to headquarters/regional plans if relevant.Organize and set up scientific advisory boards with key stakeholders in collaboration with Medical Advisors.Contribute to and support medical scientific activities locally and regionally.Provide feedback to headquarters during Business Development Due Diligence.Deliver inputs to medical programs ahead of launch.Coordinate Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs) and support local studies.Coordinate medical information inquiries in collaboration with Medical Advisors and headquarters in Stockholm.Attend relevant congresses and symposia to represent Sobi and interact with stakeholders.Represent scientific interests in forums and interact with KOLs at hospitals and NGOs.Maintain relationships with scientific societies and decision makers.Advise the organization on medical matters and legal implications.Ensure the medical knowledge remains current and updated on therapeutic trends.Qualifications :Education / Experience :University degree in medical/science or relevant field.At least 3 years of experience in the medical environment.Experience in medical affairs, clinical science, development, access, and health economy.Experience in hematology, oncology, immune thrombocytopenia, lymphoma.Knowledge of healthcare systems and practices.Experience in KOL management and account planning.Ability to network with KOLs nationally.Experience with authorities and within the therapeutic area.Located within territory: Mnchen, Tübingen, Augsburg, Nurnberg, Regensburg, Ulm, Reutlingen, Wurzburg, Bayreuth.Desired :Experience organizing advisory boards and symposia.Experience developing scientific presentations and lectures.Skills / Knowledge / Languages :Valid driver license.Excellent communication skills in local language and English.Proficiency in IT and office software.Additional Information :All employees should embody Sobis core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership, Partnership.
