Aufgaben
Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
* You support our IT security team by keeping track of daily IT security operations topics and independently taking them over (e.g. phishing mails, rebooting systems)
* You support us with vulnerability management to ensure that our applications and infrastructure are protected in the best possible way
* You independently take on projects in order to further develop our security processes and systems
* You develop into a contact person for our colleagues regarding security-relevant incidents and inquiries
Profil
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
* You are an enrolled student in the field of IT Security, Computer Science or a comparable field of study and have up to 20 hours/week time to work with us
* You have a strong interest in IT security topics such as application security, vulnerability analysis or endpoint protection
* You possess basic knowledge in IT security and programming
* Your work style is characterized by meticulousness and a strong attention to detail, whether analyzing security incidents, documenting carefully or maintaining our data seamlessly
* You treat our IT infrastructure as well as sensitive corporate data and security systems with the utmost care
* You recognize recurring security risks early on and are motivated to proactively optimize existing security workflows
* You embrace AI-driven development and utilize modern AI tools to enhance code quality and streamline problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
* You have excellent communication skills, are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy working in an international environment
