Your career oportunity (from 01.03.2026) As a Senior RevOps Data Analyst, you bridge raw data and real business impact. You own the full analytics lifecycle to help us acquire more customers, improve conversions, and increase retention across our entire go-to-market engine. We're looking for someone who hunts for revenue opportunities in the data, challenges existing GTM processes, and redesigns workflows that slow us down. Someone who spots pipeline risks before they hit the forecast, builds rapid diagnostics when deals stall, and turns messy CRM data into revenue intelligence. If you see a conversion rate drop and immediately start slicing by segment, stage, rep, and time period – you'll fit right in. Your Mission Challenge GTM processes: You don't accept sales funnels, lead scoring, or attribution models at face value. You dig into why win rates vary, where deals get stuck, and how data can accelerate revenue. Build end-to-end RevOps analytics: From clean data models in dbt to decision-ready dashboards in Metabase. Own the single source of truth for ARR, pipeline coverage, win/loss rates, churn, NRR/GRR, cohorts, and channel attribution. Investigate proactively: Pipeline coverage dropped? Forecast accuracy degrading? You're already investigating – by segment, rep, stage, and deal characteristics. You build rapid reports showing exactly where we stand, no hand-holding needed. Analyze strategically: Sales funnel efficiency, multi-touch attribution, CAC payback, customer journey bottlenecks – you find the leverage points and provide clear recommendations, not just metrics. Partner with GTM leadership: Work directly with RevOps and Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to operationalize forecast methodologies, improve pipeline hygiene, and define the KPIs that actually matter. Enable independence: Create self-service dashboards and documentation that empower GTM teams to answer their own questions confidently. Requirements Your Superpowers Sharp analytical mind with RevOps expertise: You question everything, spot anomalies independently, and connect dots others miss. You understand SaaS economics deeply – ARR mechanics, pipeline math, quota coverage, NRR/GRR, cohort behavior, payback periods. You think like a revenue leader. Technical excellence : 4 years in RevOps/Revenue Analytics/BI for B2B SaaS. Strong dbt, SQL, and Python skills. You architect scalable analytics infrastructure that becomes the backbone for GTM decisions. AI & advanced analytics: You go beyond classical analysis. You can extract structured insights from unstructured data using AI (Python OpenAI/Gemini API, Claude), leverage automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), and apply modern techniques to unlock signals hidden in CRM notes, call transcripts, or email patterns. CRM & GTM stack fluency: Hands-on with Salesforce (core objects, reporting, automation). Experience with marketing automation, sales engagement, or conversation intelligence tools is a plus. You optimize data flows across the entire stack. Commercial domain mastery: Real experience analyzing sales funnels, marketing attribution, CAC, LTV, win/loss patterns, and customer journey analytics. You speak naturally with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders. Stakeholder credibility: Proven track record turning ambiguous business questions into concrete insights under pressure. You earn trust quickly and deliver accurate analysis that shapes strategy. (References will be checked.) Self-directed investigator: You work from hints, not tickets. You monitor metrics, pick up signals, investigate independently, and surface insights before they're requested. Language : English business fluent (min. C1); German skills a strong plus.
