As a Junior Banking Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising clients on various banking and finance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Advisory Services: Advise clients on banking and finance-related issues, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
* Agreement Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts to meet business objectives.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across practice areas to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business goals.
* Representation: Represent clients in financial transactions and regulatory matters with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:
* A Master's degree in Law and the CCDL (Certified Compliance and Document Language).
* At least 2 years of experience within a law firm, preferably in banking and finance.
* Fluency in English and French; knowledge of German is an asset.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with close attention to detail.
