IT administrator (m/f/d) 2nd level support
First point of contact for complex IT problems in 2nd level support and close cooperation with 1st level support
Support and optimization of specialist applications and organization of smooth operation
Installation, configuration and updating of Microsoft Windows standard and specialist applications in the client and server environment
Planning, testing and supporting the roll-out of specialist applications, including software updates and client deployments
Close collaboration with the specialist departments and IT teams to ensure a smooth implementation
Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects
A Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Administration Management, a degree / university degree in the field of IT or relevant completed IT training with several years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
Several years of experience in IT support, ideally in 2nd level support for specialist applications
Confident handling of MS Office products and experience with ticket and remote management systems
Experience with municipal specialist applications or administration systems (e.g. SAP, document management or GIS systems) is an advantage
