Your responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth cross-border operations.
* Maintain, update, and implement the EU AML Manual and compliance framework.
* Serve as the key point of escalation for complex AML and regulatory matters.
* Conduct AML reviews and operational compliance tasks as needed.
* Deliver team training and drive strategic development initiatives.
* Interpret and apply new legal requirements under European AML standards.
Your profile:
* Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
* Minimum 3 years' AML experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
* Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
* Strong knowledge of European AML regulations and frameworks.
* Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
