**ITCOMs Infrastructure Management*: Develop and maintain IT communication systems, including network configurations, messaging protocols, and APIs, to support reliable system operations. Configure and optimize communication infrastructure on Windows Server and Linux platforms, documenting setups in Confluence.
* *Automation of Integration Processes*: Use Shell Scripting and Bash Programming to automate integration workflows, data transfers, and system configuration tasks.
* *Integration Testing Support*: Collaborate with IVV teams to support integration testing, ensuring system components and ITCOMs infrastructure meet functional and performance requirements.
* *Stakeholder Collaboration*: Work with requirements engineers, software architects, and IVV teams to align integration and ITCOMs solutions with project goals, using Confluence for shared documentation.
* *Performance and Scalability Optimization*: Optimize integration and ITCOMs infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability on Windows Server and Linux platforms.
* Security and Compliance*: Incorporate security best practices (e.g., Tool Integration and Support*: Integrate tools for integration, automation, and communication with development workflows, ensuring seamless data flow between Jira, Confluence, and other platforms.
**Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Integration Engineer, ITCOMs Engineer, or similar role in systems or software development, preferably in industries such as aerospace, defense, or telecommunications.
* Strong background in system integration, IT communications, and infrastructure management for complex systems.
* Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
* Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe would be beneficial
* Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
