Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. In this position you’ll report to the Site Managing Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.We’ll look for you to :Manage all facets of planning within a huge train manufacturing site (> 10 different products/projects in parallel), in close coordination with other sites, departments, product lines, Group Planning, Project Management and regionsCoordinate all planning activities in the different departments (Project Management, Production, Testing, Development and Production Engineering, Infrastructure, Logistics)Ensure the “On Time Delivery” of the Customer contractual milestones for all ProjectsEnsure time coherency between the different functions, axis (project management, development, programs, operations), layers (strategic, tactical, operational) for all recurrent and non-recurrent planning activitiesDefine/update the planning capacity models (especially headcount and skills)Define/coordinate the trainings curriculum, the Planning Academies, the mentoring program and the Project Planning certificationMake sure that Project schedules and Operations schedules are properly integrated and coordinatedEnsure the End-to-End vision across Operational / Tacticaland Strategic levelsof planningDefine/update the Capacity and Resources Management processesDefine the planning tools and data apps landscape, incl. the application and integration rules for sub-schedulesManage the workload consolidation and provide relevant tools and templatesResponsible of achievable and winning planning for bids with main milestones and risksAll About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
