YOUR TASKS
1. Manage key global HR projects
2. Enable organizational steering through data insights and analytics
3. Ensure HR standards, policies, processes are in place and aligned with HR strategy
4. Establish and maintain appropriate and effective global HR governance rules (in alignment with other HR and non-HR functions)
5. Define global labor law related governance standards
6. Gatekeeper for HCM system and overarching HR process architecture (particularly reflected in Workday)
7. Competence Centre for Compensation and Benefits
8. Ensure HR compliance (e.g., CSRD) by leading the implementation, managing ongoing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet legal HR requirements (such as CSRD or the EU Pay Transparency Act)
YOUR PROFILE
9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
10. Several years of progressive HR experience including global governance and HR systems management
11. Proven track record in designing and implementing global HR frameworks, policies, and compliance standards
12. Experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving HR transformation initiatives on an international scale
13. Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and HR process design
14. Solid knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools
15. Expertise in strategic HR planning and program management methodologies
16. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultural environments
17. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
18. Ability to lead global initiatives and to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
19. Fluency in English
