Short Description
As the IT Project Coordinator (m/w/d) you will carry out delegated activities to support the advancement of technical projects across European entities within the Hyundai Motor system, collaborating internally and externally to ensure timeliness and stakeholder alignment.
We want you to:
* Support the roll-out of Aftersales digital platforms (e.g., service quotation, workshop automation systems) in collaboration with project leads.
* Assist in coordinating interface development between internal systems and external partners (Trade-in, Financing, Insurance)
* Contribute to the creation and enhancement of digital dashboards and monitoring tools to support business entities
* Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations, to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change.
* Aid in project tracking of major milestones.
* Support initiatives aimed at improving the customer journey through digital transformation, focusing in the service area.
About you:
* Qualified Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
* 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years experience in IT project coordination
* Experience working with IT Project Management systems (Jira, Confluence, etc)
* Experience in project coordination of cross-market IT projects
* Knowledge of European regulatory and compliance requirements
