As a senior individual contributor, you will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Your expertise will drive performance management, talent optimization, and organizational design for our Europe-based engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with leadership for workforce planning and performance management aligned to business goals
2. Support strategic initiatives through talent optimization and organizational design
3. Enhance productivity by facilitating ongoing performance discussions and coaching employees as needed
4. Create clear performance objectives and oversee timely evaluations for all team members
5. Promote positive employee relations by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining open communication channels
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate complex situations effectively. You should possess excellent communication skills along with experience working in Germany or Eastern Europe. Fluency in both English and German is also required.
