As a member of our experienced international Enterprise Architecture team, you will jointly define an integrated and future-oriented architecture—strategically and technologically—across all business and IT areas. Your Job What You Will Do: Ensure the integrity of the global ALDI template in a modern application landscape. Assess technical and business optimizations and changes to the global template. Conceptually develop architectures for the human resources area. Support the transition to solution designs with a focus on E2E integration. Help to develop and ensure compliance with implementation guidelines. Collaborate closely with international and national experts in IT departments and with the architecture network (enterprise/solution/software architects). Your Profile What You Should Have: An academic degree or completed vocational training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Relevant professional experience in software architecture, development, and support of integrated business applications, along with consulting IT experience. Experience in realizing/evaluating technical solutions within architectural frameworks. Above-average analytical and conceptual skills. Strong communication and moderation skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Desirable Extras TOGAF certification. Expertise in HR process and requirements analysis.
