Your responsibilities
* Provide technical support for our products via email, live chat and in phone calls.
* Reproduce issues and discuss them with development teams.
* Contribute to the product development based on issues and requests.
Your profile
* Enrolled student in computer science, physics, mathematics or a similar field.
* Good English oral/written communication skills.
* Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, Angular or any other framework and language (beginners are welcome!).
* Self-motivated, inquisitive and persistent.
* You enjoy working in small, dedicated teams.
