On behalf of local authorities and educational institutions, we design and manage international exchange and internship programmes across Europe.
Our services include project design and coordination as well as full logistical management of participant stays (internships, language courses, accommodation, administration, travel arrangements).

Your Role
As a
European Project Officer
, you will work under the supervision of the Project Manager and contribute to the coordination and implementation of international mobility projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying suitable accommodation for international interns
* Sourcing and liaising with potential host companies
* Coordinating with partner institutions, host organisations and host families
* Screening and interviewing candidates in coordination with the Project Manager
* Managing the full application process for students, apprentices and professionals
* Supporting the management of incoming interns and groups:
* Internship agreements
* Induction meetings and programme coordination
* Travel and logistics arrangements
* Language course and cultural activity enrolment
* Monitoring internships and conducting follow-up interviews
* Administrative follow-up of trainee files
* Contributing to the development of company activities
Your Profile
* Minimum
6 months of international experience
(study, internship or work abroad)
* German C1/C2 (mandatory)
* English minimum B2
* French or additional languages are an asset
* Good command of
Microsoft Office
and cloud-based tools (Google Drive, Dropbox)
* Strong communication skills and interest in working with students, institutions and companies
* Organised, autonomous, reliable and adaptable
What We Offer
* Permanent full-time contract
* €2,500 gross/month during probation
* €2,700 gross/month after probation + placement bonus
