Shape Global HESS & ESG Strategy
We are looking for a senior HESS leader to drive our global Health, Environment, Safety & Sustainability agenda across international operations.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the Board, focused on embedding a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and advancing ESG performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead global HESS strategy, policies, and standards
* Partner with senior leadership to embed ESG into business strategy
* Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance
* Drive proactive safety culture and improvement
* Lead incident investigations and learning
* Develop global HESS talent
* Manage ESG reporting and KPIs
