We’re looking for a SAP BTP Engineer – Solution Delivery who combines hands-on development expertise with a strong enablement mindset to design scalable, high-quality applications on our strategic SAP BTP platform, actively shape our clean-core S/4HANA journey, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable digital solutions.
The position will be based in Freiburg im Breisgau.
Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:
* You design and implement business applications on our strategic platform SAP BTP, combining hands‑on development with a Center‑of‑Excellence mindset focused on sustainable adoption
* You take ownership of code and solution quality, ensuring stability, usability, and production‑ready outcomes that scale beyond individual projects
* You explore new paradigms and services within the SAP BTP / SAP Build ecosystem and integrate them pragmatically into solutions and shared patterns
* You take an active role in solution shaping and coordination, helping to structure work packages, clarify responsibilities, and enable transparent collaboration across teams
* You enjoy collaborating in cross‑functional teams, contribute to shared learning, and actively support enablement and community building around SAP BTP
Your qualifications:
* You bring hands‑on development experience with SAP BTP, ideally including SAP CAP and the SAP Build ecosystem, and enjoy building production‑ready solutions
* You are familiar with core SAP BTP services such as Authorization, Destination, and HANA Cloud, and know how to apply them in real‑world solution scenarios
* You work confidently with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools, ensuring stable operations and high solution quality
* Your mindset is full‑stack — from data models to APIs and UI, from concept to deployment — with a strong focus on business‑relevant outcomes
* You combine technical depth with a collaborative, consulting‑oriented mindset, contributing to shared standards, reusable patterns, and enablement of other teams
* You communicate clearly with developers, architects, and stakeholders, support knowledge sharing and coaching, and actively engage in building an internal SAP BTP community
* Your proficiency in German and English completes your profile
