The headquarters of Japanese global logistics company is looking for an engaging and delivery-focused HR Administrator and Recruitment professional in their HR department.On top of the focus and recruitment, you will have a diverse range of HR related administrative challenges in a very dynamic, fast-moving company. You will work closely with their HR team and clients -internal and external- to provide day to day support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their HR career or who has recently graduated from university with a HR related degree as you will gain excellent exposure to the full range of generalist HR.TYPE : Permanent, full-timeWORKING HOURS : Monday to FridaySALARY : Neg, depending on experienceSTART : ASAPLOCATION : The NetherlandsHR ADMINISTRATOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :New starters and leavers and administrationGenerating contract variation letters from templates and as directed, drafting letters for colleaguesLeading several projects, for example the transition from ‘’old school’’ filing to paperless workingAbsence recording and reportingPayroll assistance and preparationHR filing and providing support on the formalization of SOP(s)Responding to everyday queries from clients and supporting our department on a wide range of basic employment law and best practice HR. (statutory rights, processes, and procedures, holiday, and maternity calculations, etc….)Supporting with a range of employee relation cases including preparing letters, note taking and documentation, (disciplinary, capability, absence management and grievances).Preparing policies, including drafting staff handbooks, which reflect or develop the organisational culture, while simultaneously keeping in check with latest legislation and best practicePreparing procedures and guidance documents for a range of HR subjectsManaging and (if necessary) improving HR software internally, as well as tailoring, setting up and implementation of unused functionalitiesAttending scoping meetings to capture requirements and create SOPs and processes for new accounts to reflect the agreed processesTo work with the HR team to research and draft HR interventions to meet our clients’ needsIDEAL CANDIDATE FOR HR ADMINISTRATOR :Practical experience of working in a Recruitment or generalist HR role – with a more than solid understanding of employment practices and basic employment legislationAble to work on own initiativeCustomer and employee centric approachMethodical and organisedAbility to work quickly and manage competing prioritiesHighly numerate and able to calculate, check or understand and assist on all Payroll related tasksExperience of working with confidential informationPragmatic problem-solving abilityFlexible and willing to learnBusiness level of fluency in EnglishAll applicants must have the right to work in the Netherlands as the Company is not able to offer visa support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
