Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oversight Officer to join our team. As an Oversight Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of delegated functions and maintaining relationships with key service providers.
* Conduct regular due diligence on delegates and key service providers to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates and insights on delegate performance and risk exposure.
* Support the development of policies and procedures to enhance governance and oversight practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records of due diligence activities and outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with delegates and key service providers to address any issues or concerns.
* Provide recommendations to senior management on matters related to delegated functions and risk management.
* Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
