The Manpower Permanent Placement cabinet is recruiting for one of its clients, a financial institution, a Product Solutions Analyst, fluent in English and Portuguese (M/F/X) for a permanent role for the Investment Solutions Department .

Your tasks :
* Liaise with Group Investment teams on product development initiatives;
* Ensure all product-related documentation complies with established processes and procedures, introducing controls and checks where necessary;
* Prepare marketing materials within the scope of responsibility;
* Analyze markets, investment products, and securities to support the development and enhancement of product offerings;
* Perform risk analyses, including regulatory and business risks associated with product offerings, in line with policies and guidelines;
* Conduct market research and propose ideas for new products and services;
* Prepare and deliver investment materials supporting global investment strategies and products;
* Monitor financial product developments and keep the team informed of news that may impact clients or recommended investment strategies;
* Act as a subject matter expert on asset classes and investment solutions, supporting Advisors and Bankers;
* Monitor product KPIs, including AUM growth, client adoption, revenue contribution, and risk indicators.
Your profile :
* 2-5 years’ experience within financial markets or investment products;
* BA required;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
* Strong knowledge of the European regulations and regulatory environment;
* Knowledge in financial instruments, products and financial services;
* High attention to detail, especially when working with financial data and regulatory constrains;
