As we’re still in the early stages, there’s no local office yet. This is a role with extensive travel across your region and beyond. For efficiency and accessibility, we're looking for someone based in or near Hamburg. About the role We're looking for entrepreneurial Area Managers with a hunter mindset. Professionals who love opening doors, building pipelines and driving new business. This role is not about maintaining existing accounts. It’s about creating, executing, and growing. Your mission Actively develop and grow the German market from scratch Identify, approach and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and networking Build and manage your own new business pipeline Lead customer meetings, presentations and opportunity development Prepare and hand over qualified leads for final commercial negotiation Act as a brand ambassador in your region Provide clear market and customer feedback to refine our go-to-market strategy Focus channels Hospitality (Hotels, Spas, Wellness, Leisure) 🟢 An active network in one or more of these channels is a strong asset in this early stage.
