SciNova are exclusively supporting one of Europe's most exciting Biopharmaceutical organisations specialising in developing treatments for neurological rare diseases. They are searching for a Key Account Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across the region of Hesse.
Role responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and foster relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
Build trusted partnerships with KOLs, physicians, GP's and other critical healthcare providers in the specific territory.
Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams.
Support the Patient Engagement team and serve as the regional voice of the customer, advocating for patient access and ethical treatment.
Role requirements:
8+ years' minimum of relevant Pharmaceutical sales experience preferably within rare diseases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Impeccable customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Results driven.
Willingness to travel within the designated territory is mandatory.
Fluent German and Proficient English.
