Senior Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least three years' proven track record in hotel or hospitality sales management. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and strong customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional markets, established network in the field, passion for hospitality, outstanding communication, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business plans and revenue targets for several hotels in the region.
2. Set and monitor revenue goals in collaboration with revenue management colleagues.
3. Coordinate sales objectives and implement measures to achieve and exceed results.
4. Prepare and manage annual budgets, action plans, and reporting for multiple revenue streams and markets.
5. Motivate, coach, and develop sales teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
6. Build relationships and ensure open communication with general managers and all key hotel stakeholders.
7. Represent the hotel group with existing and potential business clients; act as a brand ambassador in the market.
8. Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, brand positioning, and business development.
Requirements:
* At least three years' proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales management.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Analytical, commercially driven, and able to balance team leadership with strong customer engagement.
* Deep understanding of regional markets and established network in the field.
