We are looking for YOU – a PAID VIDEO & DISPLAY MANAGER – ready to manage and optimize campaigns for the airlines and companies within the Lufthansa Group. With your expertise in programmatic advertising, you’ll play a key role in executing high-performance campaigns building programmatic maturity.
Your Day at the Oscars:
1. Plan, implement, and monitor programmatic campaigns.
2. Utilize data-driven targeting strategies to define precise audience segments.
3. Monitor real-time campaign performance using DSP platforms to meet metrics like CTR, CPO, and ROAS.
4. Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to ensure the delivery of compelling, platform-compliant ad formats.
5. Enhance campaign performance and reporting by using attribution models, Customer Data Platforms, and analytics platforms.
6. Work closely with media partners, internal teams, and Lufthansa Group stakeholders to align campaign goals and expectations.
7. Prepare detailed campaign reports, analyze key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends in programmatic advertising.

What you’ll need:
9. Experience: 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with hands-on expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
10. Platform Proficiency: Strong knowledge of DSPs, especially Google Display & Video 360; experience with Amazon and Adform is a plus.
11. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, interpret campaign performance metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations.
12. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Adform, CDPs, and attribution tools (e.g., Exactag); knowledge of tracking and cookie-less strategies is highly advantageous.
13. Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities to work with creative, media, and client teams.
14. Languages: Fluency in English or German.
