Senior Account Executive Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Large Accounts B2B market and the ability to build relationships with senior leadership at key clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of success in closing complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and close complex sales cycles, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the customer base and drive revenue
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership at key clients
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
Requirements
* 10-15+ years of direct Large Accounts sales experience in a quota-carrying software sales role
* Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, including prior success in closing 1M+ TCV deals
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of the German Large Accounts B2B market
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory
