* Take care of over 80.000 internal users and improve their experience with our IT products and services
* Collaborate with product and service owners to monitor and push the progress of their UX actions
* Report the status of activities that improve the user experience to national and international stakeholders, including senior management
* Analyze technical, incident and feedback data from different tools (Service Now, Nexthink, Qualtrics) and carve out main polluters as well as other significant findings
* Translate numbers, data and facts into content-related improvement potential and derive meaningful actions with the collaboration of service and product owners
* International stakeholder management with the clear target to improve the user centricity
* Many years of professional working experience in relevant positions
* Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
* Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
* Strong project management skills
* Fluent in German and English
* High willingness to travel regularly in Europe
