About the Role
* Agile project management from planning to implementation at customer sites.
* Providing expert advice on programmable controllers, local and remote connectivity solutions, and IoT technologies.
* Developing application software (HMI and controls) with a focus on structured text according to IEC 61131-3 standards.
* Troubleshooting complex systems and identifying areas for improvement.
* Creating engaging training courses and workshops for customers.
* Collaborating across departments to drive results.
* Moderate travel activity (approximately 10-20%) within DACH and Italy regions.
Requirements
* Relevant technical degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or automation technology.
* Familiarity with HVAC and REF systems is a plus.
* Proficient in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, C++, ST code).
* Strong customer service skills and result-driven mindset.
* Independence and teamwork are key to success in this role.
* Fluent business-level German and good English communication skills are essential.
