Your tasks
For our customer in Manching we are looking for a System Engineer for Chassis Systems.
Job description
8. System development: Support in the definition of requirements at system and device level for chassis components and assemblies.
9. Integration management: Support of integration activities for chassis equipment and coordination of technical interfaces.
10. Qualification planning: Support in the planning of qualification measures at system level and monitoring of physical tests, modeling and simulations.
11. Supplier management: Monitoring the performance of equipment manufacturers and ensuring the technical compliance of the supplied assemblies.
12. Project support: Active participation in an international team to ensure that technical solutions are delivered on time.
Your profile
13. Qualifications: Degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field.
14. Professional experience: At least 3 years of sound experience in engineering within the aviation industry; ideally you will have knowledge in the development of landing gear systems.
15. IT skills: Confident with MS-Office; experience with tools such as Catia, MATLAB/Simulink, IBM DOORS or Confluence/Jira is a big advantage.
16. Language skills: Business fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is desirable.
17. Soft skills: Reliable and flexible working style as well as the ability to act empathetically and goal-oriented in an international, agile team.
18. Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel within Europe (mainly to France, approx. once a month).
