Job Description
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for coordinating and leading the ethics and compliance programs, fostering a culture of compliance, and upholding high ethical standards within the organization.
* Act as the OEC leader within the Affiliate, supporting key compliance activities.
* Lead an effective Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) engaging Affiliate Leadership Teams and Country Leaders as needed.
* Provide guidance on complex ethics and compliance issues including policy interpretation, risk assessment, trend analysis, best practice recommendations.
