What we ask
* Master degree preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline (APICS or equivalent certification in case Master degree is not in SC Management)
* > 6years supply chain/sales/finance management experience - FMCG preferred
* Proven track record in (Demand) Planning and/or S&OP; Preferably knowledge of next gen demand planning and demand sensing
* Proven capability of leading a team; people, development and capability oriented or demonstrated people oriented mindset
* Analytical, Accurate & Result driven
* Strong drive towards customer service and operational excellence through optimized processes & WOW
* Ability to influence, ability to build relationships cross-functionally with colleagues, management and customers to ensure business results are achieved
* Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
* Proven Cultural Awareness in a global scope
* Fluent in English, German is a preference

Vacancy description
* Lead, support and coach the team of 4 demand planners
* Lead the Demand Planning cycles and ensures continuity of activities through supporting operational activities, collaborates actively internally (Sales, Account Support) and with Customers achieving high Forecast Accuracy and low Bias
* Drive the execution of the S&OP / S&OE process according to RFC standards, support and facilitate financial forecasting process for the relative planning area
* Prep and coordinate the Demand Review meeting where Sales managers will be the owner supported by the MD, resulting in an agreed One number plan fulfilling Customer demand
* Strong collaboration with supply planning and other supply chain functions in the S&OP process, ensuring the demand is fulfilled at the required service and lowest possible inventory levels and minimized obsoletes
* Engage on our capability building journey across demand planning and our stakeholder field, related to processes, planning systematics, procedures and systems
