WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our Global People & Culture unit, we are leading the global transformation of our organization in human resources and acting as a strategic partner to support business changes and developments.
As a Global People & Culture Business Partner, you collaborate closely with key stakeholders to influence workforce planning for assigned business and functional areas, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, goals, and objectives and support the unit to translate business priorities and organization needs into people initiatives.
* In your new role, you develop People strategies that support business goals, understanding the business landscape, identifying workforce trends and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders ensuring that HR initiatives align with the organization´s objectives and P&C strategy on a global scale.
* You oversee and support talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talents globally, involving the development of employer branding strategies and employee value propositions.
* You will play a key role in enhancing leadership capabilities, succession management, and development across the organization.
* You also identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities that support employee growth and development.
* Additionally, you support organizational change initiatives by communicating changes effectively and helping leaders and employees adapt to new processes and structures, especially for projects.
* Finally, you leverage data analytics to provide information for decision-making and people strategy.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social Science
* minimum 5 years of professional HR experience in a multinational company environment
* excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational and cultural awareness and flexibility
* keen sense of business curiosity and a results-driven mindset
* fluency in German and English
