A background in a related trade, such as plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and ventilation systems (or similar apprenticeships), is essential. Previous leadership or site management experience is a strong plus but not mandatory. Candidates should at least understand how a ventilation system works, with heating installation experience and some exposure to ventilation also considered a good fit. Ideal Candidate Profile Completed vocational training in Lftungstechnik / HVAC (e.g., Anlagenmechaniker SHK) Ideally 2 3 years of experience in ventilation technology. Previous experience as a site manager is not strictly required candidates with the drive and ability to grow into the role are also welcome. A technical background in a related trade is essential, such as an apprenticeship or training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and ventilation systems, or comparable qualifications. Candidates should understand the basics of how a ventilation system works and have hands-on exposure to similar systems. Related experience from areas like heating installation with some exposure to ventilation systems can also be considered.
