Key Account Manager - Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and wants to build their career with a global leader.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for owning the relationship with our brand partners, structuring short- and long-term strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will act as a consultant driving selection and promotional activities, monitor and work on success metrics on a daily basis, and ensure the brand's experience of our services demonstrates our customer obsession.
Job Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant background.
* Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in a Business Operations, E-Commerce, or Management area.
* Fluent written and verbal communication in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
* Knowledge in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
