INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Gain databased insights on customer platform and customer lifecycle across powerhouse and subregions within region
2. Define orchestration of and steer channels and touchpoints along customer lifecycle incl. Kpi definition and steeringre
3. Design existing loyalty programs to global standards, adapt global loyalty program to local needs
4. Utilize results of & deriver corrective actions from cust. Satisf. Barometer
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
5. Define kpis on lifecycle management incl. Oc/touchpoint usage (in alignment with other reg. Customer lifecycle managers and w. Global)
6. Pilot initiatives to improve customer lifetime value (w. Local segment mgmt, sales and in alignment with other reg. Customer lifecycle managers and w. Global)
7. Drive implementation of global initiatives along the customer lifecycle on increase customer lifetime value/customer experience and increase the number of customers (with local mkt, sales)
8. Track achievement of marketing kpis (with controlling)
