Health and Safety Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal standards.
* Championing health and safety across the organization, from risk assessments to training and education
* Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in all EHS matters
* Supporting audits and process safety in close cooperation with Quality Management and other stakeholders
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Environment, Health and Safety Management Systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, while fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.
* Technical degree or training in safety / environmental / health management
* Proficient in MS Office, HSE tools, and ideally ERP systems
* Fluent in German, with good English skills
* Reliable, quality-focused, and passionate about safety and sustainability
