Compliance Specialist
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to lead our risk assessment and audit processes.
This role involves ensuring the integrity of our operations through thorough planning, execution, and reporting of audits. Responsibilities include:
* Conducting risk assessments and developing audit plans
* Engaging with employees and management across different business units
* Participating in group-wide audits to address topics relevant to our organization
* Supporting the Chief Risk Officer in executing the risk management plan
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business studies or finance-related disciplines
* 5 years of experience in risk management, internal/external auditing, or compliance in the banking sector
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in English, with German and French considered an asset
