We are supporting an international MedTech business in the search for a part-time (30 hours per week) Italian-Speaking Sales Support and Office Administrator to join their German team in Munich.
You will support day-to-day office activity across customer service, sales administration, coordination and general business support. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being hands-on, and wants a role where they can take real ownership rather than sit in a narrow admin position.
Supporting day-to-day office administration
Providing sales administration support to the wider team
Supporting order processing, documentation and general operational tasks
Assisting with coordination across the German team and international colleagues
Helping with wider administrative tasks linked to marketing activity, events and general team support
Fluent Italian and good German language skills, with conversational English
Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service or sales support
Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
Confident using Microsoft Office and standard office systems
Experience in sales administration, customer support, order processing or office coordination would be helpful
Part-time role of 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
