Job Overview:
The role of a Process Excellence Specialist is crucial in driving operational performance within our organization's People Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for HR processes within the People Services department.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness, ensuring seamless delivery of services to employees.
* Develop and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational excellence.
* Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in ServiceNow, demonstrating expertise in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
* Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in organizational development and change management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization, with a proven track record of driving process excellence and improving service quality.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable tools) and MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
